Our History

Shivprasad Purushottam Mahajani, affectionately known as ‘Prasad’ or ‘Shiv,’ was a successful and compassionate law practitioner in Konkan who notably aided both high-profile clients and underprivileged individuals. His sudden death in 2012 was a significant loss to his loved ones. To honor his legacy of service, his friends and family established the Shivprasad Mahajani Foundation. This NGO, registered under the Maharashtra Public Trust Act and Income Tax Act (Section 80G), aims to continue his commitment to helping others. The foundation is managed by Prasad’s family and close associates, who are prominent professionals and businesspeople.
